Inbound Marketing Manager

Location: New York City  Type: Full-Time  
Salary: $50,000 Negotiable

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Some past experience in marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation and blogging software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

Account Manager (Bilingual in Spanish)

Bilingual Field Representative

  • The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Representative is an essential link between the company, clients and the outlets/platforms in different neighborhoods throughout NYC.
  • This position requires activation of current campaigns in these outlets. In addition, to the existing outlets, there are additional outlets this role will be responsible for adding to grow the business. It will also require visits to the outlets and the ability to monitor platforms on a daily basis. Ensure full participation and compliance by owners/managers and personnel and provide detailed weekly reports on progress in the field, new opportunities for growth and take photos of the displays and outlets.
  • This is a vital role in campaign execution. The Bilingual Field Representative is an important artery for the flow of information and resources between the brands that are represented and the outlets/platforms in the neighborhood level where the brand’s messaging is placed.
Job Requirements
  • Previous Account Management/Marketing/Sales experience with a liquor/soft drink/food distributor or any AccountManagement position that required you to engage with people at the retail store level a plus.
  • Ability to persuade vendors to participate in program and be in full compliance during the program duration.
  • Personable with an ability to connect with people on a neighborhood/community level and be professional at all times with an understanding that you're representing a Brand for the company.
  • Know how to navigate the city by public transportation or by car. Access to a car is a plus. You will be traveling between boroughs with collateral and promo items for campaign, but not an absolute necessity if you're familiar/comfortable with public transportation.
  • Trusted to executive at a very high level on behalf of the company without a lot of management and oversight.
  • Able to summarize what they are seeing in the field and report it back to office/clients.
  • Make/have connections on the neighborhood level that could help in facilitating/expanding program and keeping eyes and ears open for growth opportunities for program and company.
  • Must possess at least a High School diploma. Associates or Bachelors degree a plus but not necessary.

Internship Overview

The Highbrid Media Internship is a professional on-the-job training opportunity where college students gain professional skills and experiences. Internships are structured as learning experiences that combine in-class theory with entrepreneurial thinking and real-world applications. The Marketing Internship will combine advertising, business logistics, entrepreneurial theory, research, product management and selling in targeted efforts to satisfy the consumer or the organizational buyer with products and services in an ongoing relationship.

Candidate Description

The position will require skills and knowledge obtained from course of study; mirroring an entry-level position that most students would get out of college. Marketing Interns may work with product and brand management and/or internal and external communications. This may involve creating promotional materials, doing research on a target market, or selling the product/service to customers. Most importantly, we are seeking problem-solvers and self-starters who are eager to learn.

This internship is structured as a learning experience that combines in-class theory as well as entrepreneurial thinking and real-world applications.

Highbrid Media is a unique branding firm with one of our major marketing strategies being social networking. Highbrid is currently seeking a motivated individual whose experienced in all facets of public relations and social media including brand building, press releases, blogging/vlogging, and who is also willing to learn and use the newest social websites.
