For Lyle Suleman, bridging the gap between complex technology and human connection hasalways been second nature. Growing up with both passion for computers and the great outdoors, he naturally gravitated toward a field where logic meets strategy. He began his journey by studying Business Information Technology, diving deep into a heavy IT background.

However, his trajectory shifted when he started helping friends and family market their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeing the tangible impact of digital marketing sparked a pivot; Lyle leaned into the fast-paced world of digital strategy and never looked back.

That technical foundation paired with a marketing mindset ultimately led him to the heart of CRM architecture. Today, as a HubSpot Implementation Specialist at Highbrid, Lyle consults with clients to deeply understand their unique business and sales processes, translating them into streamlined, automated HubSpot ecosystems. His ultimate goal is simple: ensure  businesses save time, optimize their pipelines, and build better customer relationships.

True to his tech roots and love for adventure, Lyle has spent the last two years working as a digital nomad, exploring different cities before falling in love with his current home, Madrid, Spain. 

When he’s not building custom workflows or keeping pace with the latest tech trends, you can find him staying active through sports and fitness, mostly to burn off the incredible food he loves to indulge in, or simply catching up over coffee and building new relationships with good folks.
